Clinical research on the traditional Chinese medicine of Fuzheng jiedu Quyu method to choose time for the prevention and treatment of bone marrow suppression caused by chemotherapy in non-small cell lung cancer

Abstract
    [Objectives] To observe clinical efficacy of the prevention and treatment bone marrow suppression caused by chemotherapy by traditional Chinese medicine of Fuzheng Jiedu Quyu method. [Methods] Using completely randomized method, 60 cases of The First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin Universi of Traditional Chinese Medicine non-small cell lung cancer patients were randomly divided into group A (7 days in advance using traditional Chinese medicine of Fuzheng Jiedu Quyu method joint chemotherapy group) and group B (pure chemotherapy group).We observe Chinese herbal 7 days in advance to bone marrow suppression in patients with non-small cell lung cancer chemotherapy the incidence of cytokines, immune function, and the influence of the quality of life. [Results] Chemotherapy after two cycles, the incidence of bone marrow suppression and bone marrow inhibition of classification, treatment group reduce the incidence of bone marrow suppression,it has statistical significance(P<0.05); compared with control group, treatment group decline in WBC and RBC 1, 2 degrees, it has statistical significance(P<0.05). After the first cycle of chemotherapy, in the aspect of cytokines, cell factor gm-csf, between the two groups of IFN-gamma is statistically significant. In terms of quality of life,patients KPS score comparison between the two groups have statistical significance (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Compared with the pure chemotherapy, using Chinese medicinec 7 days in advance combination chemotherapy can effectively reduce non-small cell lung cancer incidence of bone marrow suppression caused by chemotherapy, regulate cytokine concentrations, and to some extent improve the patient's quality of life.
