Abstract
|
[Objective] To study the anti-inflammatory effect of Cordycepin. [Methods] By Xylene induce ear swelling test in mice, the inhibition of Cordycepin (50, 100, 200 mg/kg)was evaluated for ear swelling. At the cellular level, the effect of Cordycepin(12.5, 25, 50 μmol/L)was evaluated for iNOS and COX-2 expression, NO and PGE2 production. [Results] Cordycepin(200 mg/kg)inhibited ear swelling of mice (P<0.05), NO and PGE2 production in mouse ear piece(P<0.05). At the cellular model, Cordycepin (25, 50 μmol/L)inhibited iNOS and COX-2 expression(P<0.05),NO and PGE2 production(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Cordycepin have anti-inflammatory effect. |
