Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe biological effects of different concentrations of puerarin solution on proliferation of human skin fibroblasts (HDF). [Methods] Cultivated human skin fibroblasts in vitro, observed biological effects of puerarin solutions of 100, 200, 300, 400, 500 μg/mL five different drug concentrations on HDF. [Results] Compared with control group, drug concentration of 100, 200, 300, 400 μg/mL of puerarin solution had no influence on biological effects of HDF. Drug concentration of 500 μg/mL of puerarin solution inhibited proliferation of HDF, had a certain damage on cell membranes of HDF. [Conclusion] Puerarin solution of 500 μg/mL can inhibit proliferation of HDF and have damage on cell membranes of HDF cultured in vitro, this drug concentration can be used as the dose of HDF intervention, will play a role in treatment of scar tissue. |
