Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of arthritis, primarily through reducing damage, delay differentiation and degeneration and promote cartilage repair work, which included: 1) inhibit cartilage cell expression of inflammatory cytokines and produce; 2) inhibit MMPs expression of articular cartilage; 3) promote growth factor expression; 4) promote collagen formation; 5) promote the articular cartilage cell proliferation; 6) inhibition of articular cartilage cell apoptosis, etc. |
