Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the effects of dexmedetomidine for noninvasive ventilation in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation (AECOPD) clinical efficacy and safety of lung and kidney deficiency type two patients with sedative. [Methods] To select in the past two years in our hospital intensive care unit (ICU) from 64 cases of noninvasive ventilation in AECOPD patients, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group has 32 cases, all cases were in AECOPD latest guide in based on the routine treatment taking bronchiectasis agent, systemic corticosteroids and antibiotics and other drugs. All the patients were treated with noninvasive ventilatory support, also given to the observation group patients with dexmedetomidine sedation. [Results] Dexmedetomidine set in the observation group, the clinical therapeutic effect of overall was better than the control group and better patient compliance, more comfort and reduce the chances of a cannula, shortens the time machine, shorten the ICU hospitalization time. [Conclusion] Dexmedetomidine set has good clinical efficacy and safety, sedative effect, as in patients with AECOPD noninvasive assisted ventilation calm when the first choice of the drugs. |
