Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint application method in treatment of bronchial asthma and investigate the relationship between skin reactions and clinical efficacy.[Methods] According to the degree of skin reactions, 323 clinical cases of herbal plaster were divided into non-reaction skin group, mild reaction skin group, moderate reaction skin group and severe skin reaction group, analyzing the changing rule of the different group of main symptom scores, minor symptom scores, ACT scores, FEV1 and attack times in winter.[Results] Comparing with the pre treatment of main symptom scores, minor symptom scores, ACT scores with each point of time of post treatment, showed the significant statistics difference (P<0.05), post treatment and 6 months after equally had statistics difference, FEV1 had significant difference between the pre treatment and 6 months after (P=0.001). The attack times in the winter between the pre treatment and post treatment had statistical difference(P<0.05). Comparing non-reaction skin group with mild, moderate, severe skin reaction group, main symptom scores and ACT scores had statistical difference each point of time of post treatment (P<0.05). Minor symptom scores and FEV1 equally had statistical difference in 6 months after(P<0.05). Comparing mild and moderate skin reaction group with severe skin reaction group, main symptom scores, minor symptom scores. ACT scores and FEV1 had statistical difference in 6 months after (P<0.05), but mild and moderate skin reaction group had no statistical significance(P>0.05).[Conclusion] Drug acupoint application of bronchial asthma having the recent and long-term clinical efficacy, skin reaction have the relation with the clinical efficacy. Abnormal reaction skin group have more significant clinical efficacy in recent and long-term, mild, moderate, severe skin reaction group have no significant difference, mild and moderate skin reaction better than the severe skin reaction. |
