| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of massage combined with cervical electric intermittent traction in treating cervical curvature abnormality.[Methods] We chose 70 patients of cervical curvature abnormality with the neck, shoulder, back pain, and randomly divided them into experimental group and control group, and 36 cases in test group, 34 cases in the control group. Patients in the experimental group were treated with massage and cervical electric intermittent traction, 1 treatment a day, continued for 2 weeks, a total of 14 times; the patients in control group only received the treatment of cervical electric intermittent traction, 1 treatment a day, continued for 2 weeks, a total of 14 times. After the treatment, we evaluated the clinical symptoms of pain and cervical curvature change of the patients.[Results] We analyzed clinical curative effect after the treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group and the control group respectively was 100%, 76.47%, and the clinical curative effect of experimental group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05); comparison the VAS score before and after treatment, improvement pain symptoms of patients in the experimental group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Comparative analysis on value of cervical curvature between two groups of patients after treatment, experimental group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).[Conclusion] The study proved that massage combined with cervical electric intermittent traction has a better curative effect in improving the clinical symptoms and recovering the cervical curvature of the cervical curvature abnormality patients, and it is worthy of popularization and application in clinic for further. |
