Abstract
|
[Objective] To compare the Calvatia gigantea and Bovistella sinensis lloyd on anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, and provide the basis for the necessity to distinguish the authenticity of Calvatia gigantea.[Methods] The anti-inflammatory effect was observed by mice right ear swelling model induced by dimethybenzene, rat paw swelling model induced by albumen, and the cotton ball granuloma of rat. The analgesic action was observed by mice acetic acid and antimony potassium tartrate writhing test, and hot plate test.[Results] Anti-inflammatory effects of Calvatia gigantea was obviously higher than that of adulterant Bovistella sinensis lloyd. Bovistella sinensis lloyd has no obvious analgesic action.[Conclusion] Calvatia gigantea and adulterant Bovistella sinensis lloyd have some differences in the anti-inflammation and analgesic actions. |
