| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To estimate the clinical effect of gastroesophageal reflux disease treated by Chaihu Shugan powder primarily. [Methods] Randomized/quasi-randomized control trial retrieved from VIP database, Chain National Knowledge Infrastructure and WanFang database which gastroesophageal reflux disease treated by Chaihu Shugan powder primarily, from build library until June 2015 and objective the studies included in. RevMan 5.3 is used to analyze the study. [Results] Compared with the control group, it's has advantages in the clinical total effective rate[OR=5.05, 95%CI(4.04, 6.32)], gastroscope effect[OR=3.67, 95%CI(2.60, 5.19)] and recurrence rate[OR=0.50, 95%CI(0.37,0.67)], which have significant difference in angle statistics. [Conclusion] Researches proved that Chaihu Shugan powder treat gastroesophageal reflux diseases have advantages in clinical total effective rate,gastroscope effection and recurrence rate compared with the control group. |
