| Abstract

| [Objective] To observe traditional Chinese medicine external washing combined with AM1000A nerve function reconstruction system on limb function in patients with cerebral apoplexy. [Methods] The 160 patients with diagnosis and incorporated into the standard, according to random number table method were divided into control group and observation group, 80 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were accepted routine rehabilitation nursing, the observation group while giving Chinese traditional medicine external washing in combination with AM1000A nerve function reconstruction of treatment system. Taking Fugl-Meyer, Barthel, NIHSS and CSS as evaluation indexes, the motor function, daily life ability and the improvement of neurological deficits were observed before and after treatment. [Results] Both treatments were obtained certain effect, and the curative effect of observation group was better than that of control group (P<0.05). [Conclusion] The method of Chinese traditional medicine external washing combined with AM1000A nerve function reconstruction system on cerebral apoplexy has obvious therapeutic effect, it is worth to bepopularized. |
