Abstract
[Objective] To study how does long-noded pit viper work in curing rheumatoid arthritis. [Methods] According to the latest diagnostic criteria of ACR2009 rheumatoid arthritis, 60 patients were selected and divided into two groups including 30 cases named leflunomide group and 30 cased named long-noded pit viper group. Evaluating indexes in rheumatic activity, immune system, clinical symptoms, cruor detection and DAS28 grade were recorded, compared and statistic analyzed before and a month later of treatments. [Results] The results demonstrated that long-noded pit viper group advanced the indexes ranging from before and after the treatment. Even compared to Leflunomide group, long-noded pit viper group was better in cruor detection and clinical symptom aspects. [Conclusion] Long-noded pit viper plays an important part in curing rheumatoid arthritis by immune system regulation and anti-coagulation in order to boost the mobility of rheumatoid arthritis.
