Abstract
|
[Objective] To investigate the curative effect of eliminating wind prescription of treatment lung and liver together in CVA rats. [Methods] The combination of disease and syndrome animal model of CVA rats was established by traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) etiology and Western medicine etiology pathology, then they were randomly divided into normal group, model group, hormone inhaling group, clear lung heat and eliminating wind evil method group, clear liver to stop wind group, both lung and Liver treatment group. Observation the rat general state, spontaneous activity, cough response, bronchial lung pathology organization form, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) eosinophil count and serum IgE. [Results] Comparison with normal rats, the bronchial lumen of the model group rats were stenosis, mucosal thickening, numerous eosinophils infiltration on bronchial wall, the EOS counting was significant rise in BALF smear, the content of serum IgE was significantly increased(P<0.01). Comparison with model rats, bronchial lung pathology, the EOS counting and serum IgE content of hormone inhaling group and TCM treatment group were significantly increased(P<0.01), especially the hormone inhaling group and treating both lung and liver group. [Conclusion] Treating lung and liver together could significantly improved the TCM syndrome of liver depression and lung deficiency, reduced the chronic airway inflammation of CVA model rats and regulate the immune abnormalities. |
