| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To study the effect of scutellarin on RAW264.7 cell inflammation induced by LPS, and to explore the mechanism of its anti-inflammatory effect. [Methods] To detect effect of scutellarin on RAW264.7 cell viability by MTT, detect effect of scutellarin on NF-κB transcription activity induced by LPS, detect scutellarin on TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 mRNA expression of NF-κB target gene in RAW264.7 cell induced by LPS. [Results] It had no obvious significance on RAW264.7 by 0.01~10 μmol/L scutellarin treatment for 24 h; 1, 10 μmol/L scutellarin could significantly inhibit NO generation and NF-κB transcription activity induced by LPS; scutellarin could inhibit up-regulation of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 mRNA of NF-κB target gene in RAW264.7 cell induced by LPS. [Conclusion] Scutellarin has certain anti-inflammatory effect by inhibition NF-κB activation and inflammatory factor expression. |
