Abstract
|
[Objective] To expand the application range of genus Chrysanthemum, improve the regeneration ability and internal quality of existing resources of medicinal plants, we studied the chemical constituents of stems from Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat. Qiju's 70% EtOH extracts. [Methods] The chemical compounds were isolated through Sephadex LH-20, ODS, Silica gel column chromatorgraphies and PHPLC chromatorgraphy and identified by chemical and spectral analysis. [Results] Eight quinate esters were obtained, and identified as 3-O-caffeoylquinic acid (1), chlorogenic acid methyl ester (2), 4-O-caffeoylquinic acid (3), 1,5-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid (4), 1,4-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid (5), methyl 3,5-di-O-caffeoylquinate (6), 3,4-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid (7), methyl 3,4-di-O-caffeoylquinate (8), respectively. [Conclusion] Compound 2 is isolated from the plant for the first time, and 3, 5, 6, 8 were obtained from stems firstly. |
