Abstract

Hereditary spastic paraplegia is one of the most important complication of stroke and has brought about great difficulties and burdens to patients' daily life. Consult the clinical studies in recent 10 years and carries on the summary. It shows that Chinese medicine treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke with therapy diversity, including the traditional acupuncture manipulation, special acupuncture method, rehabilitation training and traditional massage etc.. The method of operation is simple and convenient, and no adverse reaction. It is not hard to see that certain effect and corresponding affirmation have been achieved in the field of Chinese medicine treatment. On account of correlated research, questions and direction of research and development in the future have been both put forward as well as the existing problems and shortcomings. |
