Abstract
|
[Objective] To evaluate the effect of annular drainage with electric pyropuncture needle therapy combined with blocking therapy in treatment of patients with perifoll iculitis capitis abscedens et suffodiends. [Methods] A total of 64 out-patients were selected and divided randomly into 2 groups(32 cases in each):treatment group and control group. Treatment group were treated by drainage with electric cauterization firstly, then by blocking therapy; control group were treated by drainage with incision. Follow up to 6 months in both group, the clinical therapeutic effect, the healing time and the scar and alopecia area of the wound were compared between 2 groups. [Results] All of the patients in the 2 groups were effective with a similar therapeutic effect(P>0.05); the treatment group in the healing time and the scar and alopecia area of the wound was superior to the control group(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Annular drainage with electric pyropuncture needle therapy combined with blocking therapy is of high cure rate in the treatment of patients with perifolliculitis capitis abscedens et suffodiends. [Conclustion] Therapy has advantages in rapid healing, less scar and alopecia area of wound. |
