Abstract
|
[Objective] To evaluate the synergistic antioxidant activities of Liriodendrin and Glabridin. [Methods] The DPPH and ABTS radicals scavenging assay were established to detect the synergistic antioxidant activities of components. Isobologram method was also established to study the synergistic result. [Results] There was a synergistic antioxidant effect between Liriodendrin and Glabridin in DPPH radicals scavenging assay when the mass ratio was 3:1, addictive effect when the mass ratio was 1:1 and antagonistic effect when the mass ratio was 1:3. There was a synergistic antioxidant effect between Liriodendrin and Glabridin in ABTS radicals scavenging assay when the mass ratio was 3:1, 1:1 and 1:3. And the synergistic antioxidant effect was 1:3> 1:1> 3:1. [Conclusion] There was a synergistic antioxidant effect between Liriodendrin and Glabridin according to a certain proportion of compound. |
