| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of trinity comprehensive therapy in treating patients with mild depression.[Methods] Patients (89 cases) suffered from mild depression were randomly divided into the treatment group (44 cases) and the control group (45 cases). Patients in the treatment group were given trinity comprehensive therapy (Jieyu mixture, acupuncture and acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine) and only Jieyu mixture (mixture solution for depression) were used to the patients in the control group. HAMD scores were performed before treatment and at 2, 4 and 6 weeks respectively.[Results] Both treatments improved symptoms for mild depression after 6 weeks, there was no significant difference in total effective rate (P>0.05), and no adverse reactions were found. Compared with the control group, HAMD scores were significantly decreased after treatment in 2 weeks (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Trinity comprehensive therapy for treatment of mild depression, the effect is positive, simple, safe, and worthy of clinical application. |
