Abstract
|
[Objective] An HPLC-UV method was established for simultaneous determination of the content of six components (quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucise-7-O-β-D-gentiobiosiden,quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside,isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside,quercetin,kaempferol and isorhamnetin) in Semen Descurainiae in order to provide a theoretical basis for its quality assessment.[Methods] The analysis was performed on Agilent eclipse plus C18 column (4.6 mm×100 mm and 1.8 μm).Acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid water solution was used as mobile phase at flow rate of 0.3 mL/min.The column temperature was 30℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 265 nm.[Results] Six components were well separated with good linear relationship.The recoveries were 99.1%~103.0%.[Conclusion] The accurate and reliable HPLC-UV method was established and could be used for quality evaluation of Semen Descurainiae. |
