Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Sanhuang YiShen capsules in the treatment of early diabetes using randomized controlled method.[Methods] The 110 cases of patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into 3 groups, Sanhuang Yishen Capsules group with 36 cases, Sanhuang Yishen combined with pancreatic kininogenase group with 38 cases and pancreatic kininogenase group with 36 patients. 3 months for 1 course, after the end of treatment, related indexes were compared with among 3 groups.[Results] Fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h blood glucose, cholesterol, triglyceride, blood pressure and 24 h urine micro albumin were significantly lower after treatment in 3 groups(P<0.01), and the 24 h urine micro albumin was significantly lower than the other 2 groups. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Sanhuang Yishen capsules combined with pancreatic kininogenase are effective in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy. |
