Abstract
    [Objective] To explore the daily life ability and influence factors of Alzheimer's disease.[Methods] Factor analysis is used in the scale of research, the purpose is to study the clinical characteristics of daily life ability.[Results] 1)The declining of daily life ability of mild Alzheimer's disease is mainly about "to deal with their own money", "shopping ", "taking public vehicles by themselves". 2) Five subgroups were received through factor analysis, including "using tools", "self-reliance", "indoor activities", "daily life and diet". 3) "Using tools", "self-reliance" and "daily life and diet" have close correlation with the early cognitive impairment. "Using tools", "self-reliance" and "indoor activities" also have close correlation with age. Daily life ability is not correlated with the early mental behavior.[Conclusion] Instrumental in life is the main performance of the mild Alzheimer's patients, and cognitive impairment, increasing age can affect daily life ability. Knowing the mild dementia patients daily life ability, can provide certain help for early clinical diagnosis, and also provide more specific guidance for family caregivers.
