Abstract
|
[Objective] To compare the effect of parched Pollen Typhae and carbonized Pollen Typhae extract on the immune inhibition of BALB/c mice nonspecific immune function.[Methods] Normal BALB/c male mice were randomly divided into 8 groups, blank control group, model group, parched Pollen typhae(3.0, 6.0, 12.0 g drugs/kg) and carbonized Pollen Typhae(3.0, 6.0, 12.0 g drugs/kg). Intragastric administration for 15 days, 13 days in addition to the blank control group, the rest of the groups subcutaneous inject cyclophosphamide normal saline solution (concentration of 100 mg/kg.d), 3 days in a row, blank group subcutaneous injects equal volume of physiological saline. Through the immune organ index, the indexes of the clearance rate of charcoal particles and the contents of serum lysozyme nonspecific immune index to compare the influence of the drugs on intensity of non-specific immunity function of immune inhibition of BALB/c mice.[Results] Fry cattail pollen and charcoal can enhance the spleen weight and spleen weight index, phagocytosis of mononuclear macrophage system and lysozyme activity.[Conclusion] Parched Pollen Typhae and carbonized Pollen Typhae can strengthen non-specific immune function on the immune inhibition of BALB/c mice, and cattail pollen carbon is better than fried cattail pollen. |
