Abstract
|
[Objective] To reserch the influence of inositol-requiring enzyme 1α(IRE1α) in liver getted mice with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia after treatment by fortune's eupatorium herb.[Methods] The successful builted mice were randomly assigned into four groups, model group feed by 2 mL/d saline, peilan treatment group feed by fortune's eupatorium herb 3 g/(kg·d) and pioglitazone treatment group feed by pioglitazone in 0.3 mg/(kg·d), and 10 normal mice were sized to be a group. Mice were treated for 5 weeks, and the blood glucose, triglyceride, cholestenone and insulin were invested, then the expression of the IRE1α's mRNA and protein were invested.[Results] Compared with the model group,the triglyceride and cholestenone in fortune's eupatorium herb treatment group turned to be better, and the impression of mRNA and protein in liver was lower.[Conclusion] Fortune's eupatorium herb can improve the content of IRE1α in the organs of mice with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia. |
