Abstract
|
[Objective] To study the effect and mechanism of Aconite Main Tuber Decoction on NGF,TrkA and p75NTR in rats developed diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN). [Methods] To set up pathological model of DPN, wistar rats were given streptozotocin (STZ) by intraperitioneal injection. NGF in serum and TrkA, p75NTR in tibial nerve tissue were observed. [Results] Compared with blank control group, FBG were higher in both before and after the intervention groups and Aconite Main Tuber Decoction group (P<0.01). No significant difference in FBG within the groups before and after intervention (P>0.05). Compared with model control group, NGF in serum were higher and p75NTR in tissue were lower in medicinal group(P<0.05). In medicinal group, immunohistochemistry showed a lower degree positive staining compared with model control. [Conclusion] Aconite Main Tuber Decoction could alleviate DPN by regulating p75NTR/TrkA balance and rising NGF concentration. |
