Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe and evaluate the electro acupuncture at Ashi point for treatment of low back pain clinical efficacy and safety.[Methods] Using randomized, controlled experiment design methods. 104 patients with low back pain were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method, 52 cases in treatment group and control group. the control group treated by the traditional acupuncture, acupoints selected dachangshu (BL25),yaojiaji(EX-B2), huantiao(GB30),weizhong(BL40),yanglingquan(GB34), qiuxu(GB40), xuanzhong (GB39), treatment group adopted on the basis of the traditional acupuncture method, electro acupuncture Ashi points and their corresponding groups of acupoints;the needle for 30 minutes, once a day, 10 days for a course of treatment, a total of 2 courses, according to the JOA low back pain evaluation table, brief pain questionnaire SF-MPQ, prolo functional and economic results assessment table as the evaluation index, after 2 courses of treatment for efficacy evaluation, three months after the end of treatment and follow-up evaluation. The results were statistically analyzed.[Results] The total effective rate in the observation group 90.38%, control group, the total efficiency of 76.92%, the treatment group and the control group in the clinical curative effect, there was significant difference (P<0.05); treatment group and the control group in the lumbar spine disorders comprehensive score (JOA), PRI pain scores were compared statistically significant (P<0.05);visual analogue scale (VAS), pain PPI score comparison and prolo economic and functional results rating scale was used to compare a very significant difference (P<0.01) form. There were significant differences in the overall efficacy of the two groups (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Electro acupuncture Ashi points can significantly reduce the pain of patients with low back pain, its effect is better than the traditional acupuncture treatment and curative effect is a safe and effective treatment method, it is worth popularization and application. |
