Abstract
|
[Objective] To research the best extraction process about columbianetin-β-D-glucopyranoside and columbianetin in Angelicae pubescentis radix and develop a simple, accurate, repeatable method for simultaneous determination of columbianetin-β-D-glucopyranoside and columbianetin in Angelicae pubescentis radix by High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC).[Methods] The sample was extracted by different extraction solvent, extraction time, ratio of liquid to material to analysis the effect about the content of columbianetin-β-D-glucopyranoside and columbianetin.[Results] The optimum level were methanol, 60 min, 1:50, respectively. Two calibration curves exhibited good linearity (r=1) within the linear range from 0.312 5 μg/mL to 20 μg/mL. The average percentages of recovery was 99.0% and 102%, and the RSD was 2.99% and 2.59%, respectively.[Conclusion] The developed simple HPLC method could successfully be utilized to determine two components in samples from different regions. It was concluded that this new method could determine columbianetin-β-D-glucopyranoside and columbianetin for quality control of Angelicae pubescentis radix. |
