Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the clinical curative effects of chronic renal failure with secondary hyperparathyroidism of bone disease. [Methods] From January 2016 to June 2016 in our hospital 80 cases of chronic renal failure with secondary hyperparathyroidism of bone disease were selected, and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group(40 cases in each group). The control group was given conventional western medicine for filling calcium, correct acidosis and water electrolyte disturbances, reduce blood phosphorus treatment, while the observation group was treated by Bushen Jiangu decoction on the basis of the therapy in the control group with one month as a period of treatment, and two groups had three periods of treatment. Before and after treatment parathyroid hormone, alkaline phosphatase, calcium, phosphorus, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen were observed and compared. [Results] Serum calcium levels and overall symptoms in two groups were improved significantly, serum calcium levels in the observation group were higher than the control group, the blood phosphorus levels were declined than the control group, patients with general symptoms obviously were improved than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. [Conclusion] On the basis of conventional western medicine, using Bushen Jiangu decoction can effectively increase the serum calcium and decline phosphorus levels, improving the overall symptoms of patients and the quality of life, and no obvious adverse reaction and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
