Analysis on composition and medication regularities of prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine in treating chronic cholecystitis |

Abstract
|
[Objective] To analyze and summarize the rule of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic cholecystitis based on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system, so as to provide reference for further excavation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis and new drug development. [Methods] The literatures on the treatment of chronic cholecystitis in CNKI were collected and the prescription database was established. The software integration data mining method was used to distribute prescriptions according to “four odors”, “five flavors” and “meridians” in the database and achieve frequency statistics, prescription regularity and new prescription analysis. [Results] The 165 prescriptions of chronic cholecystitis were screened, and the frequency of prescription herbs was determined. 11 new prescriptions were obtained. [Conclusion] CNKI contains chronic cholecystitis, cold medicine and warmmedicine, the main flavor is bitterness and symplectic. The prescription is soothing liver and relieving bladder, “regulating qi and antipyresis”, clearing heat removing dampness, “cholaneresis and clear fu”, “warming cold and activating yang”, blood-based analgesic, reflecting the principle of clinical treatment of chronic cholecystitis. This study summarizes the modern clinical treatment of chronic cholecystitis drug rule, is conducive to guiding clinical practice, and clinical drug development and utilization of laid a certain foundation. |
