Abstract
|
[Objective] To study the integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment of diabetic foot (diabetic foot, DF) in patients with clinical therapeutic effect. [Methods] The 120 patients with diabetic foot of our department in May 2013 to May 2015 adopt traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treats, external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, Western medicine oral or static drops, the combination of Chinese and Western medicine comprehensive treatment such as hybrid operation. [Results] The 120 cases of patients after treatment with system, the cure rate was 87.50%, effective rate was 94.17%. Shorten the patients with lower extremity ulcer wound healing time, reduce the amputation rate, improve the survival quality of patients. [Conclusion] The integrated of Chinese and western medicine comprehensive treatment the clinical therapeutic effect of diabetic foot is satisfactory, safe and reliable, and is worth to be widely applied in clinic. |
