Longevity is an important part of health. Yishou same as Yannian is also the extension of life, that is to extend the length of life and improve the quality of life. This paper aims to explore the inner relationship between Chinese culture and longevity through the research on the "Yishou" in Si Ku Quan Shu. This paper is divided into nine parts, namely, the Confucian Yishou literature, Taoist Yishou literature, the Buddhist longevity literature, Yishou drug records, Yishou prescription records, Yishou poetry records, longevity Myths and legends, emperors and longevity and other longevity content. Si Ku Quan Shu in the longevity of the literature, for health and geriatric medicine research, will play a positive role in promoting and promoting. |
