Postoperative fatigue syndrome is a common manifestation for patients after breast cancer surgery with abnormal appearance in body and mind, which has a serious impact on the quality of life for the patients. Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in improving the postoperative status of patients with breast cancer. The famous Professor JIA Ying-jie put the herbal medicine "flexible Shuyu, both spleen and kidney, regulating Chong and Ren" as the law of treatment, and differentiating and treating from three types of syndromes, the stagnation of liver qi, liver stagnation and spleen deficiency, and deficiency of spleen and kidney, as well as considering the transformation "chills and fever" of spleen and stomach. In addition, he is good at using the method of regulating qi and dampness to repress the illness. His treatment achieved satisfactory results, which are summarized as follows, in order to communicate with colleagues. |
