Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of radiofrequency needle knife combined with medical ozone joint injection in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.[Methods] The 142 patients with frozen shoulder were randomly divided into two groups, radiofrequency knife combined with medical ozone treatment group and manipulation group, treatment group (n=72) and control group (n=70). Visual analogue scale (VAS) and Constant shoulder function score criteria were used for evaluation before and after treatment. The therapeutic effect was evaluated by the standard of curative effect of periarthritis of shoulder.[Results] The VAS score of the treatment group and the control group were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). After 2 weeks and 1 month of treatment, compared with the control group, the VAS score of the treatment group was lower, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Constant score was higher in both of the treatment group and the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After 2 weeks and 1 month of treatment, compared to the control group, Constant score of the treatment group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After 1 month of treatment, the treatment group showed better rate of treatment than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Total effective comparison was no statistical significance(P>0.05).[Conclusion] Radiofrequency needle knife combined with ozone treatment of frozen shoulder have improvement of pain and shoulder function in patients with the exact effect and the recent efficacy is stability. Long-term efficacy still needs further observation. |
