Abstract
|
[Objective] To study the effect of hypoxia on apoptosis of endometrial cells and the intervention effect of Fuke Guanchang Ⅱ.[Methods] The apoptosis rate of the cells was detected in normal oxygen and hypoxia environment for 24 hours.[Results] The apoptosis rate of the hypoxia cells was significantly lower than that of normal endometrial cells, but it increased after the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine.[Conclusion] In the ischemic and hypoxic environment, the endometrial cells of the patients with endometriosis have strong anti apoptotic ability. The anti apoptotic ability of eutopic endometrium was weakened by intervention of traditional Chinese Medicine. |
