Abstract
[Objective] To investigate the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction on the T lymphocyte subsets of prehypertension rat and expression of associated cell factor INF-γ, TNF-α.[Methods] The 20 male salt sensitive rats (DS) of 7 weeks were selected and randomly divided into normal group and normal administration group. The 20 male salt resistant rats(SS) of 7 weeks were selected and randomly divided into model group and treatment group. After one week of adaptive feeding, rats were fed by 8% high-salt feed began to make the model, systolic arterial pressure(SAP) of tail was detected at the same time. When the SAP was at the range of 120~139/80~89 mmHg (1 mmHg=0.133 kPa), the model was successfully established, and rats in treatment group and normal administration group treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction gavage. Abdominal aortic blood of all the rats was taken after the end of the treatment. Flow cytometer was used to the percent of CD4+ T lymphocytes and CD8+ T lymphocytes, and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ was calculated. ELISA method was used to detect the content of INF-γ and TNF-α in serum.[Results] Buyang Huanwu decoction can down the percent of CD4+ T lymphocytes and CD8+ T lymphocytes, increase the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ and decrease the contents of INF-γ and TNF-α.[Conclusion] Buyang Huanwu decoction can improve the body's immune function and inflammation to delay the progress of prehypertension by decreasing the percent of CD4+ T lymphocytes and CD8+ T lymphocytes and the expression of associated cell factor INF-γ, TNF-α probably.
