Abstract
|
[Objective] To establish specific chromatogram of Sophora alopecuroides L. polysaccharides.[Methods] The monosaccharide composition of Sophora alopecuroides L. polysaccharides was determined by pre-column derivation HPLC method.[Results] There were 7 peaks from the fingerprint which were mannose, glucose, rhamnose, galactose, xylose arabinose and an unidentifiable monosaccharide respectively.[Conclusion] The pre-column derivation HPLC method establishing specific chromatogram is a simple, accurate and reproducible. And the study can provide evidence for quality evaluation of Sophora alopecuroides L. polysaccharides. |
