| Abstract

| [Objective] To observe the effect in depressive patients treated by Shugan Lifei method combined with sertraline.[Methods] The 60 depressive patients were divided into research group and control group randomly. All patients were diagnosed as DSM-IV criteria of depression. Patients in research group were treated by Shugan Lifei method combined with sertraline, and patients in control group were treated by sertraline simply. The effect was evaluated by HAMD.[Results] Effect of research group was better than that of control group in 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks.[Conclusion] Shugan Lifei method combined with sertraline had good effect on depression patients. The anxiety symptom were reduced at the same time. The effect was superior in patients treated by Shugan Lifei method combined with sertraline than patients treated by sertraline simply. |
