| Abstract

| [Objective] To investigate the effect of Evodia rutaecarpa in irritability gastric ulcer of rats and its possible mechanism.[Methods] Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group, water-immersion restraint stress induced gastric ulcer model group, model and Evodia rutaecarpa 0.45 g/kg group, Evodia rutaecarpa 0.9 g/kg group, and Evodia rutaecarpa 1.8 g/kg group, calculate the gastric ulcer index of rats in each group. The level of serum epinephrine in rats was detected by high performance liquid chromatography with electrochemical method.[Results] Evodia rutaecarpa 0.45 g/kg group could significant reduce ulcer index (P<0.05) and inhibit ulcer formation. Compared with model group, every Evodia rutaecarpa group could definitely inhibit E content in serum.[Conclusion] Evodia rutaecarpa had the effect on inhibition of the irritability gastric ulcer, and its mechanism can be related to regulate content in serum. |
