Abstract
|
[Objective] To study the optimal prescription of Xingsu Zhike granules and preparation process, and investigate the physical properties and the best shape particles.[Methods] Take the granulating, powder parameters, moisture absorption rate, forming rate and melt investigation as the main index, the single factor investigation for the kinds of molding material; grain moisture absorption rate as index, the D-the optimum mixture design of examining the optimal formula of forming accessories, particle optimal molding process by orthogonal design method. Critical relative humidity on the best forming particles, angle of repose, melting and grain size were determined.[Results] The results of Xingsu Zhike granules best molding materials for soluble starch, dextrin, lactose=1:3:1, Xingsu Zhike granules dry paste powder and supplementary material by 1:1.20 mixing, to extract the best molding process relative density 1.14, 40 r/min 1 feed speed, inlet air temperature of 80℃ granulating. The best forming granular critical relative humidity of 75.5%, angle of repose, melting and grain size are qualified.[Conclusion] The D-optimum mixing design combined with orthogonal experiment design to establish model has good predictability, optimized process is stable and reliable, for the industrialization of Xingsu Zhike granules production provides a reliable basis. |
