Abstract
|
[Objective] To investigate effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis on endometriosis endometrial stem cells.[Methods] Research of the treatment of endometriosis by the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis (Jianghuang San) to endometrial stem cells, which is include clone formation, mammosphere formationand endometrial-like tissue reconstitution in vivo.[Results] Jianghuang San coucld inhibit the proliferation of endometriosis-endometrial stem cellsobviously. There are statistical significance (P<0.05) between test group which added Jianghuang San and control group which added gestrinone to negative group which without any disposal in clone formation and mammosphere formation. The volume and the number of ectopic glands of tumor also have statistical significance (P<0.05) between high and middle group of Jianghuang San and control group to negative group. [Conclusion] Promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis can prevent the proliferation of endometrial stem cells. |
