Abstract
|
Diabetic nephropathy is a common complication of diabetes, and its incidence is increasing year by year. As a part of glomerular filtration barrier, podocytes play an important role in the development of diabetic nephropathy. Based on podocyte's structure and function, and its reaction to injury, the mechanism of podocyte injury in diabetic nephropathy and intervention of traditional Chinese medicine will be discussed in this article. |
