Abstract
|
[Objective] To explore the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) differentiating treatment and the liver fibrosis in schistosomiasis liver disease patients with different TCM syndromes.[Methods] The 120 schistosomiasis liver disease patients in the The Second People's Hospital of Kunshan were randomly divided into two groups, just as observation group patients were evaluated efficacy and safety of TCM differentiating treatment. Control group patients were adopted normal management, each group included 60 cases. To observed before and after treatment of liver function related indicators, as well as the change of four items of liver fibrosis and evaluation efficiently.[Results] Observation group effective rate was 90.00%. Effective rate was higher than the control group 71.67%, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Before the treatment, two groups of patients with liver function, fibrosis compared four indicators, no statistical difference (P>0.05). After treatment, compared with the control group and observation group of patients with ALT, AST, TBiL and HA, PCⅢ, LN, IV-C significantly, reduce the differences have statistical significance (P<0.05).[Conclusion] TCM differentiating treatment can improve the liver four indicators and curative effect of patients with schistosomiasis liver. |
