Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of iliopsoas loosening techniques in the treatment of early-to-middle stage osteonecrosis of femoral head disfunction patients.[Methods] Select ONFH patients of 156 cases between January 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015 in Zhengzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Orthopedics inpatient treatment. Two groups were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to 1:1, each group of 78 cases. In the treatment group, the combination therapy of iliopsoas loosening techniques and functional exercise were combined. The patients in the control group were treated by routine therapy combined with functional exercise. All patients according to the JOA scores compare clinical efficacy before treatment and after 30 days.[Results] Two groups of patients of hip pain were significantly reduced after treatment. The hip function improved significantly compared with the former, the treatment group than the control group.[Conclusion] The method adopts the first overall adjustment of the lower back, and then local treatment of the hip, combined with functional training to treat early-to-middle stage ONFH, reflecting the concept of "tendons and bone simultaneously treat" and "local treatment and the combination of the overall treatment"。It is worthy of clinical use. |
