Abstract
|
[Objective] To investigate the chemical constituents from the alcohol fraction of the roots of Asarum heterotroprides var. Mandshuricum.[Methods] Column chromatographies of silica gel, preparative HPLC and Sephadex LH-20 are applied to isolate the chemical constituents. Pure compounds were elucidated by means of 1H NMR, 13C NMR and LC-MS.[Results] Fifteen compounds were isolated and identified as (1R, 2S, 5R, 6R)-5'-O-methylpluviatilol, methyl caffeate, (2E, 4E, 8E)-N-isobutyl-2, 4, 8-decatrienamide, cimicifugic acid, (1S, 4S, 5S)-5-isopropyl-2-methyl-2-cyclohxene-1, 4-diol, (±)-asarinol A, p-hydroxybenzaldehyde, 3-methoxy-4-hydroxybenzoic acid, 4-hydroxyphenethyl alcohol, p-hydroxycinnamic acid, β-sitosterol, L-asarinin, piperonylic acid, kakuol and 3, 4-dimethoxycinnamylic alcohol.[Conclusion] Compounds 1~10 were obtainted from Asarum heterotroprides var. mandshuricum for the first time. |
