Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the clinical therapeutic effect about therapy of combining auricular point pressing bean with prescriptions of stasis-phlegm type to treat the coronary heart disease (angina pectoris) plus depression.[Methods] According to the research principle of evidence-based medicine, patients who met the criteria of diagnosis, inclusion and exclusion were random divided into two groups' control group and treatment group according to the random number table method of SPSS19.0. The control group was treated with anti-platelet therapy (clopidogrel), statins (atorvastatin), nitrates, beta blockers, alprazolam and something else for treatment. Besides above treatment, auricular point pressing with bean and prescriptions for stasis-phlegm type was added to the treatment group. Outcome measurements:angina scale and Hamilton Depression Scale score, safety observation indicators:blood test, urine routine, liver function and renal function, both of them were used to evaluate the efficacy and safety of auricular point pressing with bean and prescriptions for stasis-phlegm type to treat the coronary heart disease (angina pectoris) plus depression.[Results] Compared with each other before the treatment, the difference about angina scale and Hamilton Depression Scale scores was not statistically significant (P>0.05), but after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the treatment group was better than the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate between the two groups shows the same conclusion, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). What's more, the safety grade about two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05).[Conclusion] Auricular point pressing with bean and prescriptions for stasis-phlegm type has good effect on patient who has the coronary heart disease (angina pectoris) plus depression, and it can also reduce the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale and angina scale. This treatment method has no bad influence on patient's coagulation, liver and kidney function. Meanwhile, there is no serious adverse reactions happens, which have been shown the perfect security. |
