Abstract
|
[Objective] To investigate Jiechangling decoction combined with the routine therapy on the treatment of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D).[Methods] The 120 patients with IBS-D were collected according to inclusion criteria and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Piperidine, the experimental group was treated with Jiechangling decoction combined with the routine therapy. Then the clinical symptoms, treatment efficiency and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.[Results] After treatment, the symptom score was decreased in the both group and the symptom score of experimental group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion] Jiechangling decoction combined with the routine therapy on the treatment of IBS-D significantly effect. |
