Abstract
    In the background of integration of Chinese and Western medicine, the extension and connotation of traditional Chinese medicine in children with nephrotic syndrome have changed. The author thinks that the cardinal deficiency of shaoyang and triple-jiao is the core pathogenesis of modern children's nephrotic syndrome. Shaoyang cardinal disadvantage, clear and regulate triple energize, gasification division loss, formation of deficiency of yin and yang of qi, dampness and heat of water and dampness heat and toxic heat sink. Reconciling Shaoyang, sparse distribution triple energizer and qi-lift is the key to the treatment and to divide and conquer the pathological products at the same time.
