| Abstract

| Membranous nephropathy is a common cause of nephrotic syndrome in adult patients with primary glomerular disease. The Western method of treatment is taking angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blockers, immunosuppressive agents and hormones and other methods of treatment for the disease, but there are still patients with poor efficacy. The aim of the study is to investigate the pathogenesis of the membranous nephropathy from qi deficiency, blood stasis, heat and other aspects of the analysis and application of Yiqi Huoxue Qingre Huashi method in treatment of membranous nephropathy treatment principles and clinical cases, so as to establish the effective of Yiqi Huoxue Qingre Huashi method of clinical treatment in idiopathic membranous nephropathy. |
