| [Objective] To observe the effect of Xiaoyao pills on antibodies associated with asymptomatic hashimoto thyroiditis in young women patients.[Methods] The 80 young women patients with asymptomatic hashimoto thyroiditis were selected and randomly divided into observation group and treatment group, 40 cases in each group. The observation group was only followed up, the treatment group received Xiaoyao pills,8 pills once, three times daily.Both groups were detected thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), free triiodothyronine(FT3), free thyroxin (FT4) and thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPO-Ab), thyroglobulin antibody (Tg-Ab) before and after treatment, and the data were analyzed statistically.[Results] The levels of TPO-Ab and TG-Ab in treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Compared with two groups after treatment, the level of TSH and TPO-Ab in treatment group were both lower than those in observation group, both the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05 or P<0.01).[Conclusion] Xiaoyao pills can keep thyroid function stable and reduce the TPO-Ab and Tg-Ab level in young women patients. |
