Abstract
|
[Objective] To study the mechanism of promoting wound healing by patented product of Simiao Junyi ointment.[Methods] The 90 rats were randomly divided into model group, blank control group, recombinant human epidermal growth factor group, the Longzhu ointment group and patented product of Simiao Junyi ointment group. Skin wound healing model of rats were successfully established. To observe each group of rats' wound healing time and wound healing rate, histopathology, epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), transforming growth factor-alpha(TGF-α), interleukin-1 (IL-1) content.[Results] 1) Patented product of Simiao Junyi ointment can shorten wound healing time (P<0.01) and improve the healing rate. 2) The content of the EGFR in granulation tissue (P<0.01) and TGF-α content in serum (P<0.01) was enhanced. The content of serum IL-1β was reduced (P<0.01).[Conclusion] 1) The patented product of Simiao Junyi ointment has an act of promoting wound healing as the same act of Longzhu ointment. 2) The mechanism of promoting wound healing of patented product of Junyi Simiao ointment may related to the regulation of TGF-α, IL-1 and EGFR. |
