| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To study the role of Cordycepin in its protection of pancreatic INS-1E cells against glucotoxicity.[Methods] To establish glucotoxicity INS-1Ecell model, the INS-1E cells viability was observed under the action of different concentrations of Cordycepin (6.125, 12.5, 25 μmol/L) by CCK-8, insulin secretion and synthesis was measured by ELISA Kit, phosphorylation of Akt was detected by Western-blot.[Results] Cordycepin improved viability in glucotoxicity pancreatic INS-1E cells, promoted insulin secretion and synthesis, increased phosphorylation of protein kinase Akt.[Conclusion] Cordycepin have protective effect in glucotoxicity pancreatic INS-1E cells. |
